September 2005 8.5X11 I used my hand dyed fabric and leftovers from a class with Melody Johnson to depict the whirling chaos I saw on TV this month. My grief and fear for the folks affected by the hurricanes was overwhelming, and it was difficult to focus on anything else. My prayers go out to those who must begin their lives anew.
